I called Drain Express because I needed a residential plumber for a clogged clean out. Plumbers can be tricky and I was nervous because I have never used Drain Express before. Dicky the owner and 2 techs came within the hour. Dicky found the problem quickly and he is the first plumber to listen to the pipe, which was very interesting to me. The two techs went out front and started to work. The first plumber snaked it and he stood over the second clean out and listened to the snake.

The residential plumber before usually just complain while they snake the house. Sure enough Dicky got the clog and recommended a camera as my pipes are old. The tech and him used disinfectants as well and helped clean everything nicely. Having this problem 1 a year, he is the first person to give a fair price and do the job thoroughly.
