We found Drain Express through a recommendation from a friend after experiencing a large plumbing leak in our kitchen. At the time of this incident I was leaving on a business trip so my sister had to handle the situation. Drain Express responded quickly and was extremely professional.
Although I was gone all day Dicky called me constantly to keep me apprised of what was happening and to ensure everything that could be done was being done to limit the damage to the residence. My sister was truly relieved that Dicky was there to help. He completed the repairs in a timely manner for a competitive price. I have used Drain Express several times since this incident on other jobs but he always treats each call with the same type of professionalism. Dicky is my go to guy for plumbing issues now.
